Brabus came up with a new tuning program for the 2013 Mercedes SL-Class and not a moment too soon. The exterior modifications feature new bumpers, revised side skirts, a trunk-mounted spoiler, front fender vents and a set of 20-inch  Monoblock  wheels. Brabus fitted the interior with premium leather upholstery, wood / carbon fiber trim and a new speed clock that tops out at 360 km/h/

Under the bonnet, the SL500 has been equipped with a 520 PowerXtra CGI power kit that enables the twin-turbo 4.7-liter V8 engine to output 520 HP – 382 kW and 820 Nm of torque. The extra power makes the sexy convertible sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds and run-up to a top speed 300 km/h.

The vehicle can also be equipped with a limited-slip differential a new suspension kit and a revised exhaust system. For more info, check out Brabus’ press release.
