First official image with Opel Ampera

Opel Ampera is one of the most interesting cars that are going to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show that starts this week and even though the company tried to keep it hidden until then we finally got an official image with it today. We’ve seen teasing pics with the new Ampera from General Motors, spy shots caught in the wild and we also saw pictures with the car leaked on the European Registry site but is the first official shot.

The car looks really futuristic and has a modern front side that looks much better than the one from Chevy Volt. It seems that European designers got more inspiration and made a more attractive appearance to Chevy’s European cousin. The Volt and Ampera are practically the same cars underneath but the Ampera has a nicer design and will probably attract a lot of buyers.
