John Varvatos teams up with Chrysler once again for two special rides
Chrysler has plans to team up once again with designer John Varvatos to develop two special editions of the 300C. Earlier this year, the car maker, in collaboration with the same american fashion designer, developed a special 300S that was sold for charity.
This time, both editions of the Chrysler 300C will be sold to customers for profit and will also be available with V6 and V8 gasoline engines. For an extra buck, customers can even opt for the AWD variant.
The first of the two special vehicles, the 2013 “Chrysler 300C John Varvatos Luxury Edition”, will arrive towards the end of the year. The car will feature a set of 20-inch polished aluminum wheels, a mesh grille, platinum chrome accents, and a John Varvatos deck-lid badge. The interior will be fitted with exclusive Dark Mocha with black Poltrona Frau “Foligno” leather and hand-sanded wood that, according to the automaker, was reserved in the past for some of the most exotic Italian luxury cars.
The 2013 “Chrysler John Varvatos Limited Edition” 300C will be available in the first quarter of next year and it will feature a Phantom Black tri-color hue paint with black chrome and titanium accents for the grille surrounds, tailpipes, badges and mirror caps. This version will be fitted with LED tail lamps and 20-inch cast-aluminum wheels. The interior of the ride will feature Pewter Metallic seats covered in leather and tailored with unique diesel gray and black pattern Varvatos stitching and logos. The car will also have a heated, hand-stiched steering wheel, charcoal black metallic bezels, a pearlescent white face gauge cluster and a set of titanium chrome accents.
Now we’ll just have to wait and see which of the auto shows will Chrysler pick for the official unveiling of these rides as well as the price tags on these beauties.
