There’s been a lot of hype these past couple of days about the upcoming Lexus LF-CC Concept. The model will be presented later this month at the Paris Motor Show and from the looks of it, the vehicle is going to serve as an inspiration for the 2014 IS.

The car’s design is amazing. Everything starting from the side mirrors, the “spindle” grille and the front bumper that flows into the wheel arches, has been designed to thrill.

The interior features two focus zones : The Display Zone and the Operation Zone. The first one is made out of a multi-display screen mounted on the upper side of the dashboard while the other one offers access to the touch tracer display for the remote system control and also provides access to the shift lever.

Under the bonnet, the Lexus LF-CC has a totally new 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder gasoline engine and an electric motor. The car also has a high-performance battery, a generator and a power management device that administers the power from the gasoline engine, electric motor and generator, based upon the operational requirements.

Further details will be available after the Paris Motor Show. Watch this space.
