RevoZport Volkswagen Golf VI GTI RZR

RevoZport has launched today a special styling kit for the Volkswagen Golf VI GTI which was dubbed “RZR” and will be available from February 2010. RevoZport is a composite material product company specialized on producing carbon fiber parts for cars like BMW, Lotus, Ferrari or Mercedes and their latest project is based on the popular Golf VI GTI.

The RevoZport Volkswagen Golf VI GTI RZR features a new front bumper with built in LED lights, an adjustable front splitter, a new vented bonnet, new side skirts, fender flares, a rear bumper and spoiler and an adjustable diffuser. Almost all parts of this body kit are made from Pultruded Fiber Reinforced Plastic and Carbon fiber composite.

The styling elements are produced through a vacuum formed infusion technology. The new vented bonnet which was installed on this car is made from carbon fiber kevlar and weights just 4 kg. The RevoZport Volkswagen Golf VI GTI RZR also received an ECU remapping and a high performance exhaust system which will take this car’s engine to 270 HP.
